Why NutraCal?
NutraCal is a new calcium powder supplement developed by a team of pharmacists.
As we consume calcium, the acid in the stomach begins to break it down. When broken down, the calcium is transformed into its ionic form, or positive charged state. It is this ionic state that calcium passes through the intestinal tract, into the bloodstream and into the bones. This is the rate of absorption that determines how much of the calcium we consumed can actually be used by the body.

The higher the absorption, the more calcium ions travel in the body. The faster the calcium supplement can obtain the ionic state, the faster it becomes available for absorption. The absorption and uptake of calcium are partly a function of pH. Acidity favors absorption while alkalinity hinders absorption.
