Most Americans think they are getting enough calcium everyday, the fact is, they are not - they're calcium deficient. Calcium deficiency is usually due to an inadequate intake of calcium. When blood calcium levels drop too low, the vital mineral is "borrowed" from the bones. It is returned to the bones from calcium supplied through the diet. The average person loses 400 to 500mg of calcium per day. If an individual's diet is low in calcium, there may not be sufficient amounts of calcium available in the blood to be returned to the bones to maintain strong bones and total body health.

NutraCAL is easy to make:

  • Open Packet
  • Pour Packet Contents into a cup or glass
  • Fill with decaffeinated liquid and stir briskly to dissolve

Do not mix with dairy products such as milk or yogurt or any beverage containing caffeine. These types of drinks void the benefit of calcium supplements.

Works well with most any hot or cold decaffeinated or herbal tea, natural or blended fruit juice, flavored or sparkling water, or caffeine-free soft drinks.

Suggested Usage:

1-3 Servings per day. Do not exceed three servings per day. Keep packet sealed until in use, and store in a dry cool location. Keep out of the reach of children.
